The situation as it actually is, rather than the tidy version. It saves us both a round of emails.

Even if it is vague. Half of this work is helping people name the thing.

Fees
Fees depend on the sector and the shape of the work, and they are discussed directly rather than published here. Voluntary and community organisations pay less than corporate clients.
Family and parent consultancy
This strand is paused while I complete my psychotherapy training. If you are a family looking for support, please do still write, and I will point you towards someone who can help now.
Access
Tell me what you need in order for a session or a meeting to work for you. Room temperature, lighting, breaks, timing, format. It is not an imposition, it is the subject.
How I work best
Written first, then a call. I am autistic, ADHD and dyslexic, and a parent carer, so clear written detail gets you a better answer faster than a long phone call will.
Privacy
Anything you send me is used only to answer you. Where work involves health, disability or other special category information, that is handled under a written agreement, held securely, and kept no longer than it needs to be. A full privacy notice sits with this site.
